Welcome to Dewdora. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dewdora website, content, affiliate features, and Affiliate Agent services.

By accessing or using Dewdora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant services.
2. Services and Website Purpose
Dewdora provides product information, guides, affiliate recommendations, and tools for creating and managing marketing content.
The Dewdora Affiliate Agent may provide features including:
AI-assisted scripts and marketing content generation.
Video, image, caption, and voiceover generation.
Content review, comments, revisions, and approval workflows.
Social account connections through supported platform authorization.
Publishing schedules and automated publishing of approved content.
Publishing history and connected-account management.
Features may vary depending on account permissions, subscription or service configuration, third-party API availability, and platform restrictions.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information.
Keeping your login credentials secure.
Maintaining control over accounts and social channels you connect.
Ensuring that you are authorized to connect and publish to those accounts.
Reviewing generated content before approving publication.
Ensuring that your use of Dewdora complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Dewdora, its users, or third-party services.
4. Social Platform Connections and Permissions
Dewdora may allow you to connect third-party accounts, including YouTube and other supported social platforms.
When connecting an account, you authorize Dewdora to access the information and perform the actions permitted by the permissions you grant through the relevant platform's authorization process.
Depending on the integration, this may include retrieving permitted account information, uploading videos, and publishing content that you have approved.
You remain responsible for the content published to your connected accounts and for ensuring that the content complies with the relevant platform's terms, community guidelines, copyright requirements, and applicable laws.
You can revoke a platform connection through Dewdora where supported or through the relevant platform's account settings. Disconnecting an account may prevent scheduled or future publishing.
Dewdora does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, or keep published content available.
5. Content Review and Automated Publishing
The Affiliate Agent may generate content using artificial intelligence and other automated tools.
Generated content may include scripts, captions, images, voiceovers, videos, descriptions, and promotional material.
You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, intellectual property rights, disclosure requirements, and compliance before approving it.
Where the application provides an approval workflow, content is intended to be published only after the required approval status has been reached.
Scheduled publishing depends on valid account authorization, available platform APIs, correct publishing settings, and third-party service availability. A scheduled publication may fail, be delayed, or be rejected by the platform.
You are responsible for monitoring your publishing schedules and the status of content submitted through your connected accounts.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services
Dewdora may use third-party services such as OpenAI for text generation and ElevenLabs for voice generation.
AI-generated material may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or results that require human review. Dewdora does not guarantee that generated material is accurate, original, suitable for every purpose, or free from third-party rights claims.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and availability. Your use of those integrations may require acceptance of additional terms or permissions.
7. Google API Services and YouTube
If you connect a Google account or YouTube channel, your use of the integration is also subject to the applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies.
Dewdora's use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You authorize Dewdora to use the Google permissions you grant only to provide the connected features you request, such as uploading approved videos or retrieving permitted channel and video information.
You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revocation may interrupt connected features and scheduled publishing.
8. Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Purchases
Some links on Dewdora are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase a product or register for a service through those links, at no additional cost to you unless otherwise disclosed.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product or service is suitable for your needs.
Purchases, subscriptions, registrations, refunds, and support requests made through third-party providers are governed by those providers' terms and policies. Dewdora is not responsible for transactions or services provided by third parties.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Dewdora for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website or application.
Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Misuse connected social accounts or platform APIs.
Circumvent approval, authorization, or security controls.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including restricting access or disabling integrations.
10. Intellectual Property and User Content
Dewdora's original website content, branding, and design may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, platform names, logos, and materials belong to their respective owners.
You retain responsibility for content you submit, upload, generate, or publish through your accounts. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and authorize Dewdora to process it for the features you request.
11. Availability and Changes to Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dewdora to maintain or improve the service, address security issues, or respond to changes in third-party platforms.
Features that depend on external APIs, OAuth permissions, hosting providers, or AI services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful publication, or continuous availability of third-party integrations.
12. Disclaimers
Dewdora is provided on an available and as-provided basis, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that all website information, affiliate information, product prices, availability, AI-generated content, or third-party service details are complete, accurate, or current.
You should independently verify important information with the relevant provider before making purchasing, publishing, or business decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dewdora is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, AI-generated content, third-party services, or interruptions to connected platform APIs.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
